The ZLINE 697-304 professional wall mount stainless steel hood is designed to be both elegant and powerful, featuring the industry's only lifetime warranty motor. This hood is made from 304-grade stainless steel, making it approved for outdoor use. Its durable construction, modern design, and lifetime warranty motor - a ZLINE exclusive - guarantee a range hood with a timeless design that will last a lifetime.
This hood contains many unique features, such as:

All ZLINE range hoods come equipped with everything needed to easily install and use, including two 16-inch telescoping chimney pieces, allowing a fit for most ceilings between 8 and 9 feet. For our Designer Series hoods, we provide a one-piece chimney that can be cut to size.

We recommend moving the range hood to accommodate your grill lid or ensuring range hood depth will surpass the size of the grill and mounted 38-42 neys to ensure the perfect fit. 4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

SHIPPING PROCESS
We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at check-out.
You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, its okay. Contact us and we’ll fix it!
We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
